“Big” refers to a 500 watt PSU + with full current being drawn. A tower case with a 4 HDs in a RAID-0 setup, multiple CPUs, multiple graphics cards and many fans / water-cooling is Big. A standard Athlon / Intel with a couple of burners and 2 hard drives is standard.
